AN OPEN LETTER TO HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR OF TARABA STATE ACT.DARIUS DICKSON ISHIAKU   (1)

Your Excellency sir, permit me to use the slogan you use from time to time: "Give me peace and i will give you Development"

There is no doubt sir, without the peace development can hardly be achieved.

With all due respect sir, I regard you not only as a peace loving leader but also as a God fearing person, therefore, I assumed that without meaningful development as a result of lack of peace, I expect that the money set aside for development is Kept untouched. May be that is part of the reason why you collected loan  sometimes.


If my assumption is true sir, may I advise you to choose from activities of some of your colleagues that have also been having security challenges like Zamfara state where the governor of the promised to revive fatilizer company, to also revive our Taraba tomatoes company, something smilar or give our children free education like Adamawa State Governor.

Sir you don't need state police before you can give schorlarship to Tarabans just like Borno and Yobe state who gave 600 and 700 scholarship for under graduate, Masters degree and PhD respectively.

This call became necessary because :

1. I believed that you have listening ear and you may also have the time to correct the past or to improve the quality of your leadership.
2. You need no one to remind you or mention names that made serious effort just for you to get PDP ticket and you got it.

 I  believed it is  still fresh in our memory the scandals, manuplations and so on from the day Late Danbaba suntai involved in a plane crash throgh unstable UTC's regime to what happen at the WADATA PLAZA in Abuja infact it was hetic

it  is also obvious that those people made that  struggles or gave their total support to you to succeed.

 Some spent their money may be in Dollars,some passed through sleepless night denying themselves so many things infact some risk their lives  but for the interest of our dear state,  for the interest of good Governance and one beautiful aspect of it then, was how they comprised of different tribes Muslims and Christian.

  Now 4 years is gone, you now have maximum of 4 year to become former Governor
May i call on you again to please invest in education, health, roads, Agriculture to mention a few.

Long live Taraba State.
Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria

    The guy has never paid a visit to any primary or secondary school in the state since his inception. He has not build a 10 km road in any part of the state, always causing conflicts even between the closest relatives and tribes in same religion. Raising and funding militia is the work he is doing.

Taraba Begins ₦5,000 Deduction for Teachers’ Permanent Identity Cards

The Taraba State Universal Basic Education Board (TSUBEB) has initiated a ₦5,000 deduction from teachers as part of arrangements for the production of Permanent Identity Cards for teachers across the state. According to UBEC, the identity cards are expected to strengthen staff records, improve security and enhance administrative efficiency in the management of teachers across Taraba State. UBEC further said the Permanent Identity Card project is also expected to assist the state government in developing an accurate and verifiable database of teachers. Such a database will provide Governor Agbu Kefas with reliable information on personnel within the basic education system and support more effective planning, monitoring and personnel management. The initiative is therefore expected to strengthen security measures, improve staff verification and provide a more efficient system for managing personnel across Taraba State’s basic education sector.
