The management of the Taraba state specialist hospital Jalingo under the leadership of the medical Director Dr. Miyanguwa Alex said that the appointment of Dr. Aisha Shehu Adamu as a medical director FMC jalingo is an act of GOD.

Dr. Miyanguwa stated this while paying a Congratulatory visit to Dr. Aisha Shehu Adamu who was recently appointed by President Muhammdu Buhari.

He advise Dr. Aisha not to please every body, but to do the right thing in order to leave a legacy after her tenure.He also called for collaboration between the two health tertiary institutions in the state.
Responding the medical Director FMC Jalingo Dr. Aisha Shehu Adamu thank the management of the state specialist hospital for honour giving to her.
She further stated that the committee will be set up to look into various aspect of collaboration between the two sisters establishment in order to move forward.
Dr Adamu said that health tertiary institutions is not only for treatment but rather for research and training she lamented that FMC Jalingo will be soon start residency training program.

Tinubu approve reconstruction of Numan-Jalingo, Mutum Biyu–Garba Chede, Mayo Selbe–Gembu roads

By Taraba Facts President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s approval for the completion of the long-abandoned Jalingo–Numan Road, rehabilitation of the Mutum Biyu–Garba Chede Road and construction of the Mayo Selbe–Gembu Road has been welcomed as a major development for Taraba State. Kefas Bans Livestock Rearing in Residential Areas of Jalingo, Imposes ₦50,000 Fine

The Taraba State Government has banned the rearing of animals in residential areas and other parts of Jalingo, the state capital, as part of efforts to tackle environmental nuisance, safeguard public health, and maintain a cleaner and more orderly city. The government also warned that anyone found violating the directive will face an immediate fine of ₦50,000. Chairman of the Taraba State Environmental Sanitation Agency (TSESA), Mr. Iliya Kefas, announced the ban during the state's monthly environmental sanitation exercise in Jalingo.
